Size matters! You wanted bigger, broader, brighter light coverage... our engineers designed it and then doubled it with our new Dual Raptor. This mega reflector lets you double up your lighting options by using two bulbs at once. Mix and match sodium and halide and lower/higher wattage. If you don't need that much light, you can run one single bulb. The dual provides maximum air cooling with built-in 8" flanges, and it comes with two 15' cord sets, hinged frame, tempered glass, and wire hangers.

Q: What are the white plastic pieces and bolts that come with my Dual Raptor used for?
A: The white plastic pieces are meant to support and protect the cord in the slotted duct flange (two per lamp cord). The six screws are to secure the cordset/mogul to the cordset bracket inside the fixture (three per mogul).
Q: Should my HID lights hang vertical or horizontal for maximum penetration?
A: Studies have shown that a horizontal positioned bulb and reflector unit will provide superior light penetration to a garden compared to vertical orientation. However, both styles are acceptable for cultivation.
Q: My bulb, ballast and reflector combination is not working. How can I fix this?
A: The problem might be a bad connection in the mogul socket. Make sure to disconnect the unit from the power supply, and then look inside the mogul socket for a metal tab. Pry this tab upwards a little bit to make better contact with the bulb base.
