Q: What if my Sola Rola travels beyond the magnetic stops?
A: It needs to be resynchronized. First, remove power from the system. Next, remove the magnets from the track. Then, repeat the process for installing the magnetic stops as listed previously in the manual. Make sure the rails are installed at least 6" from each other, because the magnetic stops can interfere with each other.
Q: Why does my Sola Rola stop at one side of the track?
A: This can be caused by several factors: -Debris on the track. Make sure the track is straight and cleaned regularly (at least once a month). -Incorrect magnet polarity. Remove magnets. Position magnets in your hands so that both downward facing sides (the side opposite the adhesive) are facing each other. When moved towards each other in this position, the magnets should repel each other. If they don't, remove existing and apply the provided extra adhesive to the other side of one magnet.
